Very nice and clean on the inside and outside. Don't like that I had to schedule to get someone to come out to get a unit. Never had to put a deposit down on a storage unit. Lots of fees for different things but the man was very nice and helpful

Only storage business in the area that will charge you a four day prorated rent fee on the end on the month, make you pay $18 for a special lock that's only works on there doors, charge you a full month's rent when you only use it till the middle of following month plus rats getting into my things.I don't recommend Big Blue Storage Inc if you need to store anything less than a month.

Took good care of me were very punctual came out on time and made a friend although we don't keep up but boy howdy the representative is a great guy in he actually wanted to hear about my life some. Pricing was excellent to not to mention the build of the building was a high quality.

They take good care of their units. Was with them almost two years and my stuff came out the way I put it in.

Big Blue Storage is great! They are personable and readily available to help if you ever need anything. Highly recommend them!
