Bosco’s is a lifter’s gym. No frills, not too many machines that will give you each small angle to hit a muscle group… just old school machines and iron plates (maybe a few rubber plates as well 😉)! Small, but efficient! I highly recommend this gym!

I'm new to Bosco's finding it very welcoming. Signing up was a breeze, also. I chose the Tai Chi class. The instructor is very knowledgeable in the practice, friendly and understanding.
It was a totally wonderful experience.
