Needed a coolant temp sensor changed, one of the mechanics messed up and broke the new sensor off which required two days of trying to get it out. Absolutely ridiculous service. We had to book another night in Gainesville just to wait on their mess up and they did absolutely nothing to compensate for it. STAY AWAY, I’d give zero stars if I could.

I was a couple of hours from home when my Cadenza overheated, and Bolt Auto Care took care of me like I was a local regular. They replaced my radiator and thermostat quickly, kept me updated the whole time, and treated me with genuine kindness and professionalism.
What really stood out was what happened after the repair. I had some more unforeseen issues but they still stepped in, offered help, and did everything they could to support me even though I was already several miles into my trip home.
That level of integrity and customer care is rare. They turned a stressful situation into something I walked away from feeling grateful for. If you want honest people who go the extra mile, this is the place. I highly recommend them

Car was sent there by warranty company to rr turbo which another company start and left in middle of only good about experience but they did charge them more since car was partially disassembled I bought oil line to be replaced when was told by original shop engine had lot of build up in engine was in car when took to bolt along with new turbo from warranty company when I talked to bolt I told them this and I wanted a engine flush also that I would pay for to help with engine build up they said ok a d added to work order they do job then called me and said turbo had failed again on test drive !! And said because of build up engine would have to be replaced along with another turbo i asked if oil line was installed she said if it was in car they installed it never said for sure I ask if engine flush had been done she said no they only did what warranty paid for even though I agreed to makw for myself why would you run motor knowing it needed a flush just for what they said happened I'm not sure they but new oil line on never got old part and even more sure they didn't check to make sure it was oiling at turbo other wise don't see how would have failed so soon after repair was told it was in minutes of repair of course warranty company declined engine replacement yes I know may have prevented it by more oil changes totally on me buti think if they had done what I asked we could have got more life out of car it still ran good
but no turbo just had no power only thing I can fault warranty company for is sending it to this shop which I think this kind of repair is out of there wheel house along with first shop they sent it to which was basically just another oil change shop and minor repair

Had a nail hole in the middle of my tire. Wanted a plug or patch. Came here and it cost $40 and took 30 min... no one in front of me. 2 stars instead of 1 because they were open on Sunday 😃

I walked in close to closing time expecting to be turned down. Not only was I welcomed in, they told me go ahead and pull my truck into the service bay. They got straight to work and I didn't have to get out of my vehicle. They were very professional and the service took less than ten minutes. Courtesy checks included. First time customer and I plan on going back. Thank you Bolt Auto Care.

The staff is polite and knowledgeable. We love the 3 year/36000 mile warranty on the work...not that we've ever had to use it but it's nice to know we have it. Not every shop offers that or will stand behind their work that way.
