I traveled close to 3.5 hours round trip to this branch after confirming with the credit union's online account opening team that I was eligible to open a Savings account and CD. When I got there, I was told by the branch representatives that the account opening manager Jessica Cobb stated I would need to provide additional documentation. None of this was ever mentioned to me by the online accounts opening team. I wasted almost 3.5 hours driving round trip and over $20 in gas for nothing! While waiting in the branch there was another customer who came in and notified a branch representative that there was fraud on her account. After hearing this, I'm wondering if their banking apps are secure? I'll be filing a complaint based on my negative experience with Jessica Cobb's arbitrary and capricious decision with this Credit Union's Senior Management as well as the NCUA. The one positive thing is that the branch representatives Jennifer and Connie were professional and kind.

Like always prompt service very helpful answers any questions with ease and work with you to find the best way to get things done proper to your best benefit. Best decision ever made was go to City Credit Union I enjoy each transactions with the tellers good humor and helpful, Thank you keep up the great work Connie.
