I had a rather unpleasant stay. To start the elevator was not working which made going up and down 4 floors less than desirable. The hot tub was out of order and the heat for the pool was broken so the water was cold. Water pressure for the showers was not great but usable. The room need upkeep with the door tilted and not sealing the noise of the hallway which was loud. Breakfast was a sad affair with fruit flies and regular flies buzzing around. I went somewhere else for breakfast. The staff was not very engaged and defensive before even being talked to. Overall I do not plan on staying at this location again.

DISGUSTING! ZERO STARS. This hotel is completely and absolutely disgusting. THE ELEVATORS DIDNT WORK, my disabled veteran grandpa had to go up THREE FLIGHTS of stairs because they “didnt have any other rooms”. The pool was incredibly murky, you couldn’t see through it; there was towels and trash everywhere in the pool area. There’s no way I would ever get in water like that, that’s an infection waiting to happen. There’s bugs EVERYWHERE! I literally had two flees jump off me. The walls and ceilings are covered in dust from the vents. We were here three days and no one came to clean our room, make our beds, or even give us fresh towels. Our room was very humid cause the window wouldn’t shut all the way. I have never ever stayed at such a dirty and unkept hotel! Don’t let the name fool you. So so gross.

Tonight we showed up for our reservation that we booked thru booking.com to the front desk saying they did not have our reservation. I gave the girl at the front desk (who spoke limited english) our confirmation number as well as my name and she said she could not find it and that it was likely cancelled due to a local concert. She could book us a different room with only queen sized beds, we had booked a king. And she could not honor our price because of the local concert and our cost would be almost double the price we booked. Also we would still need to cancel with booking.com and would be subject to any cancelation fees. So if there was no reservation that she could find why would we be subjected to having to cancel ourselves and have any fees? Shame on you comfort inns and suites for jacking up room costs due to a local concert! This is pure extortion and you have lost our business. Also when I called booking.com we did in fact have to cancel and may still get charged for one night although they are going to attempt to have that waived. I am absolutely livid and will be reaching out to comfort suites corporate offices in the morning.

Nasty place
Pool never been cleaned
Front entry is musty and moldy
Good smelled spoiled
They had dogs in closets barking all hours
Sheets had red stain( possibly blood)
Had to get new set
Doors didn’t shut very well
Otherwise good price for 4th July weekend.
Oh I’m sure elevator will crash out soon sounded horrible.

The room we stayed in had water dripping from the ceiling called the desk they were sending someone but no one showed up. The pool and hot tub were closed. The elevators only had a down button on the 2nd floor. The entire inside of the hotel needs to be updated. The guy wasn't at all worried about any of the issues.

Don't stay here. Run down poorly run hotel. NOT worth $160. Sagging noisey beds, suspect tattered comforters. The pool was closed until further notice. Bring your own water, ice maker broken, no water source in hotel except $2.00 bottles at the front desk per the kitchen staff. Major disappointment for a Choice brand. Beware of the 5/5 fake reviews!!!

The customer service is mediocre. The pool and jacuzzi have been under repair all summer. The carpet down the 1st floor corridor is wet and the ceiling leaks. The breakfast was limited and they were running out of everything. We were better off going to The Waffle House within walking distance. The room may have been big but it smelled like mildew, mold, and chlorine. The side guest door entrance has a big beehive under the canopy. When maintenance was notified their reply was they didn't have anything for it. I do not recommend. This place is disappointing and should be shut down.

Easy to get to off of freeway. Several food options in the area. Rooms are average at best. Place felt dirty and run down. Arrived around 8pm and nobody in lobby to check me in for a good five minutes. Finally a maintenance man came and said someone would be there soon. Hot tub was broken and colder than the pool. Said the heating part was broke. Again, if hot tub or pool is closed due to repairs, it should be posted on the website or a discount given. Parents often choose a hotel based off the hot tub/pool options when traveling with children. Not able to adjust thermostat in room to put at desired temperature. Note was attached that said to not touch! Also not allowed to take any breakfast up to rooms. Either leave the breakfast buffet open longer or allow people to take to rooms so they can eat while getting packed up.

We booked this hotel online for our anniversary. We booked this one specifically because they have a hot tub. My husband called to verify the hot tub. We were never told it was out of order until the day we check in. We pay cash, get our keys and go to the room and keys do not work, 3 times! The next day we go out for a few hours and come back to the room and our keys no longer work! Back to the desk, again! The front desk guy tried to make excuses but there aren't any when the room is already for! Keys should have worked. Horrible customer service with nothing but excuses!

About 3:45 a.m. I was bit by bed bugs I didn't know what was going on I was just scratching and scratching and then I took pictures of the bugs the manager never was available.. even at checkout time because they put us in another room on a different floor but the manager never was available and I crash for 3 hours
