Awesome customer service!! Ian is the man! He worked with me to try to resolve issues with my old phone and get me a brand new newer phone for $10 with my insurance and got it activated for me. I love Cricket and love my new phone! ?

Stay away from this store. They lie about the phone memory capacity when the 1 you want is not in stock just to make a sale. They bundle your purchase without asking, insurance added without asking. When you clearly stated you just needed a phone because you lost your other. Then when you realize the phone isn't what they told you and you go back and want to return it your told there is no manager and only a manager can authorize a refund which is another lie.I spoke with Cricket.

Worst wireless company ever and shameful, they lock your accounts, lock your phones and do everything possible to make switching to another provider next to impossible… all backed by Indian support!

I went to Cricket Wireless ( 1520 N Culberson In Gainesville, Tx 76240) to replace my charging cord and cube for my new iPhone. I told Eric (the store associate) what I needed. HE looked at my phone. HE went to the display wall and chose a cord and cube FOR me. I paid $54 in total. THE CORD DOESN'T FIT!!! THE CORD THAT THE PROFESSIONAL CHOSE FOR ME!!!! When I go back to the store in LESS THAN 30 minutes, WITH my receipt- TO THE SAME GUY WHO CHOSE AND SOLD ME THE ITEMS- and he says they don't do refunds or exchanges on accessories!!!! THIRTY MINUTES LATER!!!! I talked to the manager Taylor, who said I was rude to the associate (I SURE WAS), and she will not give me a refund or exchange!!! To say I am LIVID is an understatement!!!! Please tell ALL YOUR FRIENDS WHAT CRAP SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. Also, feel free to share!!!!
