I was driving on I-35 just south of Gainesville when we had a blow out in my MINI Cooper. Thankfully we got off the road safely. Dakota and Flex were VERY helpful in getting my vehicle towed to Gainesville where we were able to get a tire put on the next day. Awesome service. Friendly driver. Made a bad situation a little bit better....

Long overdue review here. Had a broken windshield in our car while traveling home. My insurance did nothing to help us out with a same day service. Flex towing went out of there way to find an in stock windshield and get someone to install it. From the office people to the drivers, this is a class act all the way around. Thank you for your help.

This company is awful! The tow truck driver said he would pull the truck over once the truck was over he said he had possession of it and made the family pay 175 dollars for 100 yards when they family denied being towed!! Don’t trust the drivers!

On November 15, Flex Services picked up my Ram dually from Thackerville, OK, & delivered it to Plano. The rear wheel studs broke off, so there were no back wheels on the passenger side. The drivers (my son clarified it was not Logan) did a great job of getting the truck onto & off the tow truck without causing any more damage. However, the price I was quoted for the work, which was $100/hr, was not honored. A job that should have taken less than two hours was stretched to four hours. The driver said he needed to go back to the 'yard' for something, & he didn't arrive at my home until 4 hrs later. My son was at the pickup & made it home in less than two hours, so the driver should have, as well. I also noticed he didn't write in the price he charged me, which was $400, so I had to request he do so. I have no complaints about the quality of work, but I don't appreciate the way business was done & that the price I was quoted was not honored.REPLY: I was fine with a quote of $100/hr, as I stated above, but I was NOT fine with your driver returning to the yard for whatever reason he did, which delayed his arrival to my home. There was no adjustment made for that time. My son even asked for clarification & if the driver would stop the time while he went back to the office. I reached out to him by phone twice before he left coming to my home, well over 30 mins later. Yes, I agreed to a max of $400, but if I'm quoted by the hour, the expectation is just that the driver would bring the truck directly to my home, not stretch the time to meet the $400 max.

Nathan and all the folks at Flex Services were absolutely the best people I could've found for helping me, I had a wheel bearing go on a fifth wheel RV and they helped me immensely over two days ordering a couple of bearings cuz we checked another wheel and it was going as well and they sorted it out told me the best places to eat and they are the friendliest crew out there.

Had a breakdown passing through, they performed a pretty major repair on my trailer and made me the priority to get me back on the road. Super friendly, fair, and shuffled work around to get me going. Would recommend stopping for any trailer repair or purchase.
