Fred Loya's roadside assistance is complete trash. They charged me 50 for a blown tire because I used them a month ago for a lock out. Despicable service. I'm cancelling my contract with this horrible insurance company!!!

Misspelled My email so I wasn’t getting my insurance cards and if I hadn’t caught it would have gotten a ticket, asked them to change me to full coverage said they would still have not . Good as long as you stay after them and there mistakes .
