We stored our travel trailer here in a covered unit for about 6 months. It was a little pricy but the place looked new, had easy access from 82 and I could start it all online. We had planned a trip for Memorial Day weekend and tried to access the camper a few days before we planned to leave to start loading it. Our gate code would not work. I called the number and left a voicemail. It doesn’t ring, just straight to voicemail. I also sent an email to the listed email address. I checked my online account and bank statement to make sure I was up to date on payments. I was current and had not missed a single payment. I had not heard anything by the day we planned to leave and had left other messages/ sent another email. My access code still did not work... We had to rent another space online to get a new code so that we could get our trailer and take it on a trip. We canceled both accounts immediately. Three weeks later I received a three line email stating it was a gate issue that was fixed. I have continued to call and leave voicemails but can not talk to anyone to actually resolve my issue.
