Had the worst experience at this dealership today with their very inexperienced, and extremely unprofessional salesman named Charlie Pickett. If you visit here do not waste your time being “helped” by him, you’re better off doing your own research or having someone else help you. They misrepresent the condition of their vehicles, and even when we called about a specific car, he failed to mention the hail damage to the entire hood of the vehicle. We drove an hour out to be met by a vehicle with terrible hail damage that was not declared, then they attempted to lowball us on the trade in value of our vehicle. Beware of this establishment and their shady business practices. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, FTC and corporate.

Far and above the best Ford dealership in the DFW area. I was willing to drive the extra 80 miles to only buy from Glenn Polk Ford. Have purchased several trucks and now a Bronco. Quick easy, best price and trade value compared to the other DFW Ford dealers. No going back and forth, best and final price upfront and helped me find the best interest rate. Absolutely no pressure…..in and out in 1 hour!
