Knowledgeable staff good products only have had issues with a 3 quarter inch tourq wrench. Amanda was awesome no B.S. exchange even and out the door didn't take over 10 minutes.

Cool play for lesser quality tools and gadgets. Their compare to prices are exaggerated. i.e.: 6 pack of screw drivers at competitor price 29.99 and their price 21.99 when it should be closer to competitor price is 17.99 and then you see their price should be 12.99.

Bought several items, solder gun kit and baur, I rotory tool, both have had issues of shutting down while using, only a 90 day warranty as clerk told me, so I guess I’ll throw 60.00 worth of stuff in trash, note I only used tools 3x each, I am disabled and very hard to get back to store to return them, so I will never buy anything else from harbor freight if it has a moving part or if it uses electricity to run, I should have shopped elsewhere and bought quality tools, all harbor freight tools are comparable to a Vic lighter, just throw them in trash.

The Gainesville HFT store has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They were out of stock on a particular grease gun and took my information, promising to get in touch with me as soon as the item came in. Well, it took a full 2 months for this to happen, but they didn't forget and texted me when they received the grease gun and held it for me to pickup at my convenience. Very welcoming store, and five stars for their fantastic customer service!
