If you are in any kind of hurry go somewhere else. I'm the only person here needing something loaded with a forklift and it's been a hr. The girl did tell me I can always get my money back if I was needing to go.

Horrible customer service and experience I had waited on the line for like 15 minutes just to get transfered to hvac and have some guy say idk how to do that and hung up then the second time was transferred to plumbing and they answered but also hung up and it was so horrible idek how they have people like that there ik I could go in person but I'm at work and I need to make sure I don't make that trip for nothing I'd love to find out who the hvac one was

Ordered something only for my husband to get to the store and nobody knew where my item was for 30 minutes until my own husband went and did their job for them and found it himself. Then when it came time to get the wood cut, he couldn’t find a single employee in sight on the floor to get some help. Home Depot please adequately staff your stores bc this is ridiculous.

They most always have what I need. The layout of this site is weird though. No matter where you park, you ALWAYS have to come out at the contractors entrance, unless you're just returning something. Lots of walking, and I don't do that very well, with MS.
