Pharmacy with drive-thru and pharmacists who actually answer the phone. Unfortunately, the pharmacists don't always seem to be personable and will sometimes rush you through a call and hang up before the conversation has ended. They don't go above and beyond—they do bare minimum in terms of customer service. They refuse to contact insurance companies, don't offer texts unless you inquire about the option, and don't provide any information (if a drug is covered by insurance and how much you'll expect to pay for it) unless prompted. They're only getting 3 stars for the prices and convenience.

I was treated extremely rude by the pharmacist yesterday and whoever I spoke with today. If you are on life saving medications but the ink is smeared on the bottle, don't complain about it because you'll be accused of doing something wrong. I've never opened a pill bottle any differently than how everyone does. I could add other hateful treatment but they'll just continue the poor customer service. If your insurance changes and they decide they won't take it don't go back or they'll treat you worse. I'm so upset I am shaking and crying. I was treated horribly for no reason.

Moved here and tried to transfer prescriptions from my Walgreens pharmacy. Exhausting experience. When I finally got the prescription filled, it was wrong. I will say I was rude to Tish for their lack of customer service before I even got the wrong strength of my prescription. They didn't confirm the prescription when they gave it to me which they should've done. I don't recommend.

A real Pharmacy, with an extensive selection for all medical needs. They're organized, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. They provide clear accurate texting about your scripts. Chain stores are about so many things you can have a long wait for your prescriptions, and you get multiple texts that can cause confusion or a wasted trip. Recommended.
