“The room was unsatisfactory. The floor near bathroom was slippery with whatever was on tile and fell, plus my white socks were very dirty after. The room wasn't as clean as many stays before. The shower had to be rinsed out before getting in..totally unusual as many stays before. I did however report the issue at checkout and no one has yet responded back. Especially since there was a fallen instant. The gentleman at desk when told all he could do was nod his head and say ok..Not even a sorry about the incident, nothing!

We have always stayed at this motel during visits, but maybe its time for a new outlook on better motel next time!”

“It's goid for the price.. I just wish I knew they had a room with 2 full beds and a twin...we were 5 travelers..we could have gotten 1 room verses 2!! I know next time to ask for this room..lol”

“I stayed at Comfort Suites Gainesville and was honestly impressed. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. The space was bigger than I expected, and it was nice having a couch to relax on in the evening.

The staff were kind and helpful — check-in was fast and easy. The free breakfast was a nice bonus too. Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal — definitely more than just a quick bite.

It’s also in a great spot — right off the highway, close to food and shopping, and only a short drive to WinStar. It felt safe, quiet, and convenient.

If you’re looking for a solid place to stay in Gainesville, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back.”
