Everyone here is very nice and knowledgeable. I can't do my own taxes because I am incompetent ?Taxes cause me anxiety, but I feel at ease now. They answered all my questions and made sure everything was straight! Also I'm a sociable person and felt at home here ?!

me and my wife went to jackson hewitt and we delt with penny and she was very laid back was honest with us she communicated with us told us the truth and made my wife and i comfortable we had issues with our taxes and she is taking the time out to help us and not leave us stranded and thats great service espically when hr block said go to the irs website and that was it will DEFINATELY be useing jackson hewitt for years to come ONLY as long as Mrs Penny stays
