We did not have a good experience with them. Took a seat back from an rv recliner to them. Paid money down. Said they would order fabric and get it done. We checked back with them several weeks later to see if it was done. It wasn’t. We told them that we needed to get it as we were going camping. Promised it on Sunday. Wouldn’t return phone calls after saying it would be ready Monday. Went back Monday to find it was destroyed by their dogs… wouldn’t return the money.

We sent two headliner jobs to this company - both poor work. The last job they left grease and smudges not only on the headliner but also smudges on the plastic parts of the roof. Gave the owner lady a call she said she would at least come out and clean up the grease and smudges but she never showed. We won't go back very unprofessional place.

We used them for a recover on a job, it took a little bit longer than we expected, but trust me, it was VERY much worth the wait! These guys are WONDERFUL!!!! Top notch work! Thank you very much :)

If their lips are moving, they are lying. M & M said they needed money and the bill was paid in advance. I called to see about installation and was told to check back back next week on Monday. The woman said installation would take 4 hours. On Monday, I called to see if the material was at their shop and the woman said it was in storage, so I scheduled the work for Wednesday morning, telling them that I would call on Wednesday when I was on the way, so they would know the exact time I would arrive. On Wednesday, I left early since I was out of state and I called during business hours and they said they were too busy and cancelled on me. I turned around, driving about 150 miles and rescheduled for Friday. I called back on Thursday and they said they had the material and would install Friday morning. On Friday they told me they had the material but it was in storage, to just park my vehicle at their shop and leave the car. I was shocked because usually you hand the keys over. I thought about the situation, went back and they were starting to remove the seats. I asked to see the material. She said it was in storage and she couldn't show it to me. He said he couldn't do show it. I asked for the tracking number and was told the material would arrive at 11am. I could not allow them to tear out the seats when they admitted they had no material, so I left with my car and no work performed. I was scared to allow them to do the work when they had clearly lied several times to me and I had to force them to tell the truth, so I settled for 50% of my money back and took the loss for the trips (over 400 miles on my vehicle, gas , days of time and a loss of 50% of the money. Be careful. If their lips are moving, they are lying. Would you trust them with your vehicle?

They covered our RV couch in the wrong fabric and will not work with us on their mistake. We've waited for the fabric we ordered on January 26th. This is May 5th. We asked for a refund at least on the fabric and were refused. We are out $680.00and have this ugly green grey couch. We will not use them again.

We have had M&M upholstery recover chair cushions with upholstery fabric I brought in. The work looked great and in a timely manner. January 26th we bought fabric for our RV from their distributor and paid up front for it. We were told after waiting weeks that the distributor sent the wrong fabric. We waited weeks more when we were told the fabric was in. When we were told the RV was ready, the couch had been covered in the wrong fabric. She said the distributor was out of the fabric so they sent a similar fabric. This was nothing like the fabric we ordered. This is May 5th and still no fabric. We've asked for a refund for the fabric and have been refused any refund. We have the ugliest green/grey couch in the RV and out $500.00 for it. No I will NOT use them again.

Dropped off sofa cushions and a roll of fabric: a few days later I picked up beautifully recovered works of art. Excellent craftsmanship! I just added another decade of life to my sofa and their prices were incredibly reasonable. I couldn’t be happier with the end result.
