The girl in there today was extremely rude. I didn't even get to ask her what I wanted. She was so busy rolling her head and her eyes at us that she didn't know my phone was broken. I think she was high cause she was extra rude. If you go in there and she has fried grayish black hair. ..Run.

This is the WOST place EVER to have a phone service. Nobody ever knows anything and the people working there are DO rude!! A guy by the name of Nick Gomez works there and needs to be FIRED!!!

Gentleman gave me the benefit of the doubt asI needed to run down the street to where my car was to grab my last dollar, he had already processed my payment and was waiting patiently on me pretty nice fellow leasing service just like the one up the street it's just that it seems they keep a low amount of staff (like all metro stores) which can challenge evrything.

Need more employees. One person to try and wait on customers. The one lady was helpful when she could get to me after 1/2 hour wait.

Terrible customer service by Anna. She added stuff on my phone i didn't want then when i asked for the managers name she refused to give it to me all while being extremely rude. Then when i sat there and made her correct her mistake she was very mad and hateful. thisi s the worst store ever. Love metro service but this retailer is somewhere i would never go again.

When I first got Metro, I knew nothing about this cell phone company. I got 2 free phones...cool...I though. It has the worst service ever. I get just outside of Gainsville Fl to head for Spring Hill. I have to drive to Spring Hill that is 2 hours away. I no sooner get outside Gainsville and no service, I get service back on hwy 19, an hour away. If I have a car problem I am screwed. The recent problem Is I lost my phone at a friend's house. I didn't know where it was until she called the next day. In the meantime, I had my number switched to my boyfriends phone for business purposes, cost $16.50, which if I found the phone would cost me $16.50 to reverse number to my phone My friend found the phone on her property, it had slipped out my pocket. So when I went back I paid the $16.50 to have my number put on my phone. That was done. Now the next problem, they disables my boyfriend's phone and it will cost me $60 to have his phone turned on. I had a fit and a half. I said that is highway robbery, no reason for this fee. I will go to the main Metro office today and see what they can do. If nothing then I will get another service to do business. This is very bad business on Metro's part.

The newest guy there is extremely rude and does not know how to have respect. Opened a plan with them and got completely lied to. Not sure what his problem is at all. I would recommend to go to another location or phone company.
