Absolutely the worst place to go terrible customer service. I came in at the end of the month was charged A prorated fee of the couple days left in that month and charged 90 for the next but there was a 45 special so I brought it up to her attention so she gave me a second receipt and signed and highlighted I paid in advance. Now you have till nov 5th to pay. So that means I paid Aug prorated and 98 for storage and insurance as I said special was 45 for Sept to dec. So I paid Aug September and October yes I get to my storage and it has a second lock on it and their closed so i emailed and got on the site because it was suppose to be cold and we needed the heaters what were in the storage. They locked my storage that was clearly paid I ask for credit to my account everyday my storage was locked out I was told no at least she opened it and would not be giving me credit for November since she locked me out my storage and since I didn't catch it before the 28 that's not her fault. So confused because I paid for three months and find it funny you can point the finger at me because I don't ever have to drive to the storage as long as your paid. I suggest you not rent a storage here very unprofessional and unorganized. Not to mention she gave me the storage and when I went to put stuff in it there was still stuff there and she had too me to another storage which she locked me out of and it had been locked out since the 6th of the month and I have receipts with her signature on them.

It's a wonderful, very clean, storage facility. Staff so very helpful, polite, and make sure you completely understand your contact an policy on fees before you.sign.The only, and maybe minute to some, issue i have is with the odd hours i work if i need into my unit it's usually late evening. I don't leave work till after 9 and some days after 10. But you're only allowed access between 8 a.m. And 8p.m.So I have already had times i needed something from there(@8:30p.m.)& had to wait a couple days due to the double shifts etc... Not angry, just they need to comprehend some jobs just can't accommodate those hours unless you take an afternoon off, which isn't easy or affordable for most.Suggestion: maybe Tuesdays and Thursdays(whichever two days) have it accessible till 10 or 11 p.m. it would benefit so many because after this one, I'll have to look for a business that offers later access for easier access to my things. We had to move in such s hurry i had to get the first affordable one i could find. And they do have one of the best rates and prorate the first month...
