Switched over from Verizon , Tanishia was awesome on the phone as well as in person ! Best experience I’ve ever had with a phone company. Amy was also a tremendous help. All the way around Iam extremely satisfied.

1st experience 3 weeks ago when I got my tower was awesome! Nice young lady helped me with everything. This morning I went to return tower and young man was helping a customer. He said he was going to get someone to help me. A lady came out from the back with an attitude because she was in a meeting with District manager. She was verbally abusive towards the man. I said something about it and she gave me an attitude. I tried to explain to her that I was returning tower and she had an attitude with me. Someone needs to speak to her about her customer service skills.

The staff was able to help my daughter get her new phone activated even with the current phone dead. It was a longer process but they figured it out..

I dislike Metro that they have somebody that is taking these phones and getting people's identification and taking people money in Gainesville Texas please investigate this because I have a lot of money that has been taken for me and my father and my husband thank you Sonya Gonzales

The employees are very informational and helpful. However I only have one bar at my home, I was told I should get 3-4 bars. The calls drop or break up very badly. Would not recommend T Mobile too anyone living out here.

The worse location TMobile has. Every time I been there, they have hard time finding out the answers to my questions. They told me it will cost me .25 per minute while I was in Mexico and when I called directly customer service, they apologized because is included in my plan. Customer service sent me to the store because I needed to return an item and they said, " we can't do it, customer service doesn't know" I just walked away and even if I need to drive 30 miles, will not go there unless they train their employees correctly.

This place is a joke. Brandis is very unhelpful and manipulative. Beware of her and her associates. She pulls you in with promises that she can’t uphold.She told me I was all good to go with the new 5g home internet hub and that it would work at my address. Told me there was a limited number of devices and that she would hold one for me.I get to the store and all of the sudden I’m ineligible for the device because there were to many people in my area that already had them.She then proceeded to tell me that she would contact me ASAP when I could get one.After a few long weeks wait and frustration I’m notified that I wouldn’t ever be eligible for the unlimited 5g home internet.If I could put negative stars I would.No one including Brandis has reached out to resolve my issues. Do yourself a favor and switch to Verizon or AT&T. Or at the very least go to another location…..

I'm not exaggerating when I say their data is useless. Full signal, full lte data strength supposedly, brand new phone, new data cycle and can't even load YouTube. It'll barely even load a blog. It's like having a time machine and browsing the Internet on AOL dial up.

I’ve had AT&T for so long, then went to sprint to get a 5 G hub for my home with hotspot and WiFi. I ended up switching phone service to T-Mobile, had so much trouble but did get the help I needed. Here’s where it all came down to making me decide if I should leave T-Mobile now, so I was told to watch for an email for my new home internet device. Fist come first serve they said. Well I went to get mine and since I still have the sprint device, I can’t get mine from T-Mobile now. That was the whole purpose of this. So my husband had to go get it and active in his name. Needless to say we wasted gas and time driving back and forth just to be told, apparently the towers are not set up in my area? Idk. It would have been so nice to been told this. Now I’m having decisions to make about who to call cause I feel like I’ve been lied to and thinking of a different phone company.
