Long lines every time no matter what time I go. The pharmacy is next to the floral department which is miserable for my asthma and allergies.... It's just not worth waiting half an hour to pick up a prescription and feeling ill for a couple of days afterwards...

The best pharmacy!! I switched here from having used CVS and Walmart in Gainesville and being treated and talked to like trash. It's nice to do business with people who recognize you when you come in. Tom Thumbs pharmacy staff is very professional and friendly. Every time I go in I use my GoodRx Gold account with absolutely zero issues or snarky looks like I'm putting them out. I trust NO OTHER pharmacy. I highly recommend.

Have used this pharmacy for several years and gets worse and worse. Won’t be back after the last experience. Picked up a prescription that included an applicator. No generic so had to pay $180. The applicator did not work. Took it back the next day and was told to call the manufacturer. No apology. No offer of replacing or a refund - didn’t seem to care that I could not take an already filled prescription to another pharmacy.

way over priced compared to the other 2 grocery stores not included the local Walmart. as of a month or so ago they put in the do our job for us self check lines. I am not the only one that dislikes those. NOW as of last week they put in more of them. at least recently when I needed something there was a cashier to pay. today I had a different experience. started with them putting plastic wrap up over the refrigerated case with the cheese WHILE I was trying to get some. I go to pay and the cashier said she was closed and I HAD to use the self serve lines. nope. I had plenty of frozen and dairy products but not my problem. left the basket and walked out. I refuse to pay your high prices and do your work for you. get cashier's back and our family will spend money at this store again.

I went to this Tom from Pharmacy to fill a prescription. I told them I wanted to put it on my GoodRx account. They refused to give me the good RX pricing even after I showed them my app in membership. They claim something was wrong with the card. I am filing a complaint with GoodRx.I would not recommend this pharmacy because of the problems I've had this time, and in the past

I tried switching to this pharmacy for all my prescriptions. However, I have found them the most difficult store I have ever dealt with. They don’t seem to communicate with the doctors and when you are ill and you need a prescription filled, you don’t need excuses. My suggestion to everyone is look for a different pharmacy.

Go-to grocery store, probably the best grocery store in Gainesville. Owned by Safeway. Design is a bit dated but it's renovated quite well. This location contains a deli, bakery, pharmacy, doctor's office, and also an indoor Starbucks. It otherwise contains all the standard groceries a grocery store might have, such as organic produce or freshly prepared meats.

Oh my, Where to start. This used to be my favorite Grocery store. Thank God I don't have to shop here anymore. For the past couple of years, hubby has gotten the dark chocolate fondant white cake here for his birthday. The bakery here used to be excellent. This year hubby wanted that same cake so we came to order it & I showed her the photo of it & she told me they don't make them anymore. She couldn't tell me why. So hubby looked around & saw a gorgeous "Tres leches cake with fruit" and he LOVES that so he said "I don't care I want this one" so we bought that one. However, while we were there I was also looking at the fresh baked breads & they were all really small & kinda deformed. That means the staff aren't PROOFING the dough long enough. It's not rocket science. However, pandemic slackers, no one wants to work, bla bla bla, I can imagine no one left here is smart enough to know how to bake. To Management: "The only employee that has ever been helpful & mentally capable of running anything is the employee "Ronnie" who ironically owns a food company. I bet he could run the bakery. Just a thought." Anyhoo, we get the cake home & it said: "Tres Leches FRUIT Cake" on the label, but turns out, it was a Tres Leches cream cake with no fruit. So the label was even wrong. Luckily, Hubby LOVED the Tres Leches cream cake, even better than the Tres Leches fruit cake he occasionally gets. So no harm no foul. All turned out well astonishingly. However, having only one excellent cake is not enough to make us return anytime soon. Please fix the bakery. Bring back the dark chocolate fondant white cake.
