I went here this week with my broken phone that had been dropped a few times on my garage floor. My cell phone problems were taken care of, including transferring items from my old phone to my new phone. Very slow to help people and they take their sweet time doing it to!! Very frustrating for me to go in the store!!! Gives me bad anxiety!!
