Tony does the best pedicure, and massage. I love the deep tissue massage on my legs. I work on my feet on concrete floors six days a week. Anyone else, anywhere else barely rubs. I love it! If he isn't available I'll just wait.

Terrible service. I paid more than $100 and they only worked for a week. They gave me a pedicure and they still do it terribly. I won't go there again. Super expensive and the service is not good.

Horrible. Rude. Take your business to people who care like I Love Nails. I made a wedding nail appointment a week in advance-I specifically told them it was for a wedding. I told them I needed ivory nails with gold, ombré coffin shape. Showed a picture -he acted put out and man handled my hands while filing- didn’t even shape them right -when the color came out yellow instead of ivory off-white I kindly asked if he could get an ivory color like my photo and my dress, not yellow-and to do a sample finger so we could get the right color instead of waiting until all my nails are done with the wrong color -he acted put out. Got up and left -The front manager came over said that he didn’t want to do my nails anymore and that I made a late appointment and proceeded to moan about getting the right ivory color that they couldn’t do that and that it was late (mind you it was only 6:15 PM)Their attitude was so bad. I said let me just pay for what you put on even though it’s an unfinished product and I want to leave. He proceeded to chop off my acrylic nails as I had just told him I would pay for the work They had done ignoring me saying I wouldn’t pay for them at all and jaggedly chopped off each nail. pictures to show how he left my nails. They also charged me full price for a pedicure when all I needed was my cuticles cleaned up and nails trimmed. Treated me like l was garbage and had done something wrong.Place looks like crap just like their crappy service. Gainesville has plenty of other nail salons to support- not this one.

Turn away now. Very rude, Seemed they were racist , went in at 545pm and sign says closes at 7pm, guy gets up just to say they are closed while doing nothing and people in the chairs

I had gone to another nail salon to have my nails done and just wanted to get my nails filed and buffed with a top coat kinda straightened up.. When I walked in the man working behind the counter was very rude questioned me why I didn't go back to the place that did them why do I want them to fix for me.. (like what) I should have known when I walked in they weren't busy (red flag) Won't be going back there...

The BEST nails in Gainesville. No longer driving into Denton to get my nails done. The techs are nice and personable. My nails look amazing!

For a year or so, used none but VIP Nails &Spa. Was always satisfied, but there towards the end of my visits, the quality of their services diminished. So therefore I stopped getting my nails done all together. I don't feel that they give very good pedicures. If I'm paying for a pedicure, I expect my feet to be smooth and free of all calluses and other impurities. I feel rushed through and feel the job was done not the the best of their ability. Needs work on job performance and go down on prices. Thank you!
