Always love this branch! Everyone so sweet and helpful all the time ! Brandon and Bianca always help me out with all the questions and problems I have ! And Brandon always will notice me any good promotions going on ! Other ladys always nice and sweet ! Definitely 10/10 recommend to everyone ! Patience and polite are always to gold for the service and they HAVE IT !

Rude customer service. No pleasantries, no greeting, no nothing except rudeness. I'll still be banking here as it's my only banking branch near me after all these years, but the customer service friendliness has vanished.

Always helpful, great for all my banking needs and services. Friendly tellers and quick service.This mourning I left my phone on their counter, went on other errands and back home before I realized.Returned 40 minutes later and they had found and returned it to me.Very grateful it did not go missing in a very busy Walmart.Thanks for good workers at Woodforest.?

Has anyone else had issues with Woodforest National Bank in Gainesville Tx Walmart???? I just left a review on their page sooooo. I guess we'll see what happens. #myreviewNote: I've been banking with Woodforest National Bank in Gainesville Walmart for 3-5 yrs, within the last year my banking experince has been inconvenient and humiliating on numberous occasions, My experince with Woodforest in the past 12 months has signifcantly changed. This last year my debit card has been declined (with money in my account) at least 4-6 times because my account was shut off because of suspected fruadlent activity, low quality of my card or actual fraudlent activity using a pin at an ATM (which occured the previous occasion my card was declined before this evening at the grocery store) . I'm beginning to feel harrassed and beginning to take my new founded banking experience personally. My question is, after having a wonderful banking experience other than this last 12 months with Woodforest National Bank should I find a different banking institute or should I be loyal and trust that there is something we can do to better my experience with Woodforest National Bank in Gainesville Texas Walmart?

I've not had any problems, however I wanted to point out the hours listed here are not correct. Perhaps it's a temporary change because of the COVID-19 situation, but they now close at 5pm Monday through Friday. If the change is permanent or temporary, they should do more to let their customers know so one of them doesn't make a 30 minute drive for nothing.
