“If I could give this store and the staff more than five stars, I absolutely would. I came in with my tires in really bad condition and tight circumstances. The entire staff was friendly, very reassuring, and understanding. And they treat you more like family, rather than just a customer. Considering that it is the holidays, not only did I leave with a set of brand new tires + warranty, but I also left with a goodie box of products to maintain the quality of my car and tires as well! This is definitely my new spot for tires. Thank you guys soooooo much.”

“GNH tire shop is one of the best shops I’ve did business with hands down. I live 4.5 hours away and I would rather wait until I’m in town to come here. Really great service, tires, and they are quick and concise. The guys here are good with explaining things to me as far as if my tires will pass DOT inspection etc. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Not to mention, the price I would pay elsewhere for just the tire, here I pay that price for tire and labor.”

“This place is the best, hands down. Quick service, great prices, very reliable and go above and beyond. I brought my Mercedes to a different shop that completely ruined my rim by getting a socket stuck. These guys spent hours trying their best to save my rim, trying to see if they could avoid making me replace it. Unfortunately despite their efforts I did end up having to replace it, however they gave me a great price for the rim and new tire, especially considering how much labor they put in. They even washed my car before I picked it up. Super friendly and helpful, I couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend”

My dad found this mobile tire repair company, and boy did it save me the cost of a tow and time. Since many newer vehicles are not supplied with a spare tire anymore, this is a great solution. “Had a blowout on the highway that ripped up my tire. Called Ortega and they gave a great quote of $100 for 2 used tires (Price depends on tire size, mine are for a Chevy Cruze) Showed up and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They take cash and card so you have options. However if you need an alignment they do not offer that service. Still, great service and pricing all around and this is my spot if I’m in a pinch here in Houston.”

Had a tire go flat over the weekend. Since delta isn’t open on weekend, decided to go over to another place that rhymes with Miscount Fire. When there, was told the flat had to be replaced, was pressured to get all tires replaced, and was told specifically that one MUST be replaced. So two tire replacements (and a lot of unnecessary and aggressive pressure to get 4 replaced!) would come out to a total of 571 at Miscount Fire. Thought that sounded a bit expensive, listened to my gut and waited to go to delta during the week. Once there, was told immediately that the flat could be replaced, that all other tires—except for one—were in good condition. Within 20 minutes, they replaced the tire that had to be—and repaired the flat for a grand total of 151! I was astounded, and so thoroughly impressed by their care and honesty. Thank you!”
