“This is my first time here and the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. We’ve all had bad garage experiences so when I heard some bad noises from the front of my car, I was pretty stressed, but I had my car towed to Julia’s on a Sunday. They have an easy after hours drop box system that even my driver could figure out with no problem. The next day I started getting messages from Yumi about the status of my vehicle, and throughout the process like when the diagnostics started, when parts arrived, and the estimated time to complete repairs, etc. I was also in touch with Joe who talked me through the repairs and how to prioritize them on a budget. In the end, the bill was much less than I expected to pay, plus they washed and cleaned my car inside and out before returning it to me. Honestly, I feel spoiled by Julia’s auto repair… plus they have the cutest mascot!! Thank you, I’ll be back and highly recommend this place to others.”

“I’ve had a great experience with this shop. I brought in my car after having a bad experience with another shop but in Pasadena. Having taking it here after that was a great decision. The staff was very helpful and informative. Pricing is decent. They were able to complete things to get my vehicle inspection ready without trying to overcharge me or sell me extra things I don’t care for. Especially considering it’s a 2005 car that I just need to get to work. They were able to explain to me the diagnosis and were very communicative throughout the time it was being worked on. I felt I was having more of a conversation about what I was comfortable with doing and spending. Definitely wish I hadn’t used so much money elsewhere to not even have my initial ticket completed. Anyway, great customer service and Jay specifically came in clutch with knowing how to work on my car. Now I can make informed decisions about how much I want to invest in my car going forward.The staff put a carpet floor protector and a steering wheel cover to keep my car's interior clean during their inspection.The waiting room was nice and had free coffee and Wi-Fi. My only suggestion would be to have a desk in the waiting area to be able to do computer work.”
