“This is my first time here and the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. We’ve all had bad garage experiences so when I heard some bad noises from the front of my car, I was pretty stressed, but I had my car towed to Julia’s on a Sunday. They have an easy after hours drop box system that even my driver could figure out with no problem. The next day I started getting messages from Yumi about the status of my vehicle, and throughout the process like when the diagnostics started, when parts arrived, and the estimated time to complete repairs, etc. I was also in touch with Joe who talked me through the repairs and how to prioritize them on a budget. In the end, the bill was much less than I expected to pay, plus they washed and cleaned my car inside and out before returning it to me. Honestly, I feel spoiled by Julia’s auto repair… plus they have the cutest mascot!! Thank you, I’ll be back and highly recommend this place to others.”

“This is by far one of the best shops not only in the greater Houston area but the US. I haul my RV with my truck. I’ve had to have work done while in the road and the places I’ve seen are not even in the same level. When I am on the road, I will call the owner and he will help me communicate with these shops to ensure they are not misleading me. I can call him anytime and he will always pick up. How many owners will do that for their customers?! The staff is amazing, and they take time to explain things so I can have a better understanding of work being done. They value us veterans, and treat my truck as if it is their own.”

“This place is awesome! I had previously taken my truck to the dealer for a bad idle problem I was having. Needless to say they replaced 2 ignition coils. Still wasn't running smoothly. I decided to come to Honest 1. They diagnosed my problem correctly. Replaced a couple bad fuel injectors, spark plugs and wires. And discovered a cracked motor mount. Fixed everything. My truck was done before noon the next day. And rides like new again. This will definitely be my go to place from now on. Great job Anthony and the crew at Honest 1.”
