“I've been working here for the past 2 years and its been amazing! I'm the first face you see when you walk through the door and I'm your right hand throughout your process.. Were a quick way to get the license not a full school! We do offer private trainings for $150 additional during the week and weekends. I've had well over 2000 students come through and pass the program since I have started here with my family! These few negative reviews baffle me.. Come on in to the office and see if I can personally assist you! WE DO COVER ELDT!!!”
“My initial encounter with a male employee left me feeling rushed and frustrated, despite intentionally scheduling my pickup an hour after opening to avoid any rush. I waited at the desk for 15 minutes before he appeared, which added to the unpleasant experience. I had questions, especially being a first-time Penske renter for a large vehicle, but I was hurried out the door.Navigating the pickup location was confusing; the exit sign led to the vehicle pickup area, and the entry sign was for their district office. However, I must acknowledge that Penske's vehicles are cleaner and better maintained than U-Haul.The turning point in my experience was interacting with the general manager, Ana. She was the complete opposite of the assistant manager, being approachable and attentive. Ana addressed all my concerns and doubts, significantly improving my overall perception of Penske.”

Very clear and informative on charges and when to expect email update with receipt. I would definitely rent from here again. Location is easy to get to. Many moving supplies available in-store including tow accessories.”

We pulled in while on the phone with customer service over several issues with booking and (I wish I knew his name) just offered to handle all the problems right there instead of waiting on hold.He was not rude or disrespectful, he simply read the situation and my body language while I was dealing with a frustrating situation on the phone and SAVED THE DAY in less than 5 minutes. Cheers to you sir!Also, they were more than accommodating to my three year old that decided he needed to use the potty in the parking lot. We need more good people like this in the world. “We had a wonderful experience at this U-Haul location. Chris was so kind and helpful! We rented a trailer to move 2000 miles. We were concerned about possible breakdowns. “I have used Extra Space Storage for quite some time, but recently had to salvage what I could from the unit after the hurricane hit. Was able to keep a third of what I had and also able to find a location closer to me. Even though I felt rushed to go through all I had at the other location, they still were a tremendous help in getting rid of what was too messed up to keep.”
