Went to drop off an amazon return. They lady in the lobby was pleasant and got me a receipt as well. Only negative things I could say were out of her control (ie the construction outside; and a non working QR code on the receipt) and very minor

Office clerks are so rude. You are bothering their chill time when you come in asking questions. All the reviews are the same… complaints about the clerks yet they still work there.

Galena park post office need to do something about their front desk employees they have the worst attitude when it comes to doin their job... they get mad just for the simple fact that you walk up in there. Do better usps
