We stopped by to use the ATM st this credit union because our credit union recommended this credit union... my kids (who's 8 ) ask for change for a $20, 2 &5 and 1 $10... and the lady said no because we are not a member at this credit union... with this level of service to a 8 year old I would never be a member at this credit union... AWFUL customer SERVICE!!!

The Tellers never know what they're doing. They often act bothered by anybody being in there, especially the lady at the customer service desk. They've messed up things as simple as deposits, As well as the more unusual savings bounds, cashier's checks and money orders. If the people at Wal-Mart can do a money order why can't the bank? Weeks later a supervisor did call me and say she'd talk to them about it.Also, mobile banking doesn't work well. You can be signed up for notifications but won't get them unless/until you open the app and see for yourself (which defeats the purpose).
