I feel like I got scammed from at&t. Allow me to explain. My grandfather went to walmart looking for internet options. A rep from at&t came over to help him with a deal. The next thing we knew we was charged double the amount for internet. When we went to the store the first thing I noticed was the girls in there who didn't really seem to want to help. Unfortunately one of those females helped my grandpa and I out. After a few minutes I was told buy someone from corporate or another store that I am responsible for the remaining bill. However even the amount o agreed to pay was wrongFor a company to claim they care for our veterans. Yall really screwed over two. Oh well. After I am forced to pay this bill I won't do anymore bussiness with these people.

Really poor experience here. Karyna and Randall or "Smooth" sales reps/managers here were not honest with the terms of physician discount. I came there because I wanted to give them my service and they took advantage of my kindness. They said that I needed to add an extra line and lied about it. You need 5 lines to add the physician's discount and my family had 6 lines already. They also withheld telling me about the activation fees. I will not be returning here and/or sending any colleagues here. Very dishonest workers here.

Kayla or Kaylee and Cheyenne were fantastic in helping us upgrade our phones. They are super knowledgeable about the products and all the various plans. They were very patient and made sure that we understood everything and provided awesome customer service!!! Thank you both again!!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this store! Cheyenne and Walter helped get my IPhone 14 pro max. Very kind and very professional and I will only visit the Galveston AT&T store from here on out.

My daughter and I visited this store on August 8th, 2023. We wanted to have my phone added to my daughter's account and purchase a new phone. The store Representative, Josephina, helped us throughout what became a four hour ordeal. We had problems with my then current service, Straightalk, in getting my number ported to a new phone so we finally nixed that plan. Josephina was a Saint! She never showed any frustration during this four hour nightmare. She worked with Straightalk until she was able to get my phone number ported to my Daughter's AT&T account. My advice is stay away from Straightalk. Now, I have to wait 6 months before I can have my number ported to a new phone due to some strange issue with Straightalk and 3rd party numbers. Josephina was so professional and if not for her patience, we would have given up on this transfer. Thank you Josephina and AT&T!!!!!

If you want your passwords transferred to your new phone are need to use the restroom avoid this place. Bought a new IPhone and still trying to recover my passwords 4 months later. Had to walk to Whatabuger to use the restroom because they wouldn't allow me to use theirs.

please be careful when talking to the service here who love to leave very important pieces of information out. when asked point blank about my phone plan they left out a whole part of the phone plan for which now my plan has an extra charge that “they cannot get rid of”. Customer service included laughing (this was Patrick) at our confusion and frustration as customers with them for 15+ years. No customer loyalty was shown nor was anything for our troubles compensated, although it was the employee (Juan)‘s doing that he did not talk about the phone plan entirely even when asked about it. I am very disappointed at the service and the lack of support from AT&T loyalty. We hope that next time, you show your customers some respect for the money/time you made them waste. Please be very cautious in proceeding with a plan or contract with anyone here and Juan especially, it is important to nail down your questions and not give them the opportunity to do you wrong, because they are very good at hiding the full truth on your contracts.

The manager at this store is awesome. He made my son so happy ? he got a new phone for his bday & air pods. He got the color phone he wanted too.
