Ms. Latoya was great. After Mr. Freddy, whom was very professional, confirmed that the battery was the issue, Ms. Latoya performed another diagnoses and the alternator also needs replacing. Thanks AutoZone.

We were told the AutoZone at 61st street didn’t have our replacement battery so they called the other store. The other store had it in stock and they personally told us they would wait for us after closing time. Which we were only 2 minutes after 9pm. As soon as we got there, they did not want to open the door for us and someone came and were extremely rude saying they weren’t open. Never going to this store again and not recommending it to anybody else.

Horrible Service because of the Store manager Latoya is rude and yells at me I have a commercial account there with them I don’t even like coming to the store if i know that the commercial lady’s aren’t there I hate having to come in and do business with Autozone because of the rudeness of the store manager and the rest of her managers like loshanda are rude as well especially when they get frustrated with my needs like if it isn’t their job to help me I hope Autozone can fix this problem or imma have to take my business elsewhere

I had an exceptional experience with Marissa at AutoZone on Broadway! She ran diagnostics on my car, which had the check engine light on, and was able to quickly determine that there was no actual problem—something I’m incredibly grateful for. Marissa was honest and transparent throughout the process; she even showed me the computer screen with the results.
Additionally, she provided valuable advice on how to manage my electric vehicle to avoid draining the battery on short trips, which has saved me from frequent jumpstarts. The entire team at this AutoZone is amazing—friendly, welcoming, and very understanding. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, especially considering my cognitive issues, and were incredibly patient.
Marissa also discussed the possibility of the check engine light being related to the alternator, even though nothing showed up in the diagnostic. She reassured me that I could return to the dealer since I'm under warranty, which was a huge relief. I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you, Marissa and team, for your outstanding service!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this AutoZone for over 10 years, and I can confidently say this location is the best in the business. The crew here is always super attentive, and their customer service is unmatched. Alicia stands out as a top-notch sales associate, incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to help. Marissa, Katherine, and Latoya are equally fantastic, making every visit a pleasure. I highly recommend this location – they truly deserve a raise for their outstanding work!
