Have not met 1 unkind or unfriendly staff member!! Rare. As a person who worked in retail ladies department for years, I have to say I appreciate the organized clothing racks (and all store items for that matter), the cleaned out fitting rooms and the clean restrooms. LOVE going into the store just to see the order of it all!!! Thank you Bealls, Galveston staff for keeping the store nice! This customer for one DOES appreciate it!

Loved this store! But the last 2x I went one of the employees which I believe she’s the manager. She’s white a little on the thick side, is always a little rude. The first time we went about an hour before closing as soon as she seen us walk In she walked to the back and turned off the music.. I worked at retail I know what that means lol basically trying to kick us out. The 2nd time we went I’m sure she was annoyed ppl kept going in which was 40mins before closing she walked angrily to the door to lock it. Maybe she just shouldn’t be closing if she gets annoyed by people going in when it isn’t even closing time!
