I called to inquire about a special order (Safe’n’Sound insulation), and after reaching out to several companies, he was the only one who got back to me — and the only one willing to place a small order, since Home Depot and Lowe’s required a large quantity. He took my number, called me back, and kept me updated every step of the way.

There was a delay on the supplier’s side, but Paul even called me before leaving for vacation to let me know the next steps. I also worked with other members of his team, including Marcus and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot — and they were all fantastic.

When it was time to pick up the order, the process was seamless. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend.”
