“Husband and I had to go to the Galveston location as the Alvin/Dickinson location off of 517 did not have the quantity of an item we needed. Colton (manager) was very helpful! He even went out of his way to call the store that we were originally at (because they ended up having the joist tape we needed) and we were able to buy it at one location and head to the other to get it! Wonderful experience. Once we got to the Alvin Location the manager their was very helpful and even though I kept apologizing for it being a smidge after 5, he said multiple times that it was not problem.”

“Very helpful staff. Made the account creation process very easy. Manuel was very helpful and kind when he delivered the tools I rented, going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.”
