Best you talk to the service manager. And the guys that work at the service department don't know much about Chevys . Really I have a port in my truck that didn't come stock but it's wired for it. Even the technician in the service department that does the work on all the trucks didn't know I had a power outlet the only thing it was missing was the outlet I had to find this out through YouTube not anybody at Chevy knew anything about it also behind the console the truck is ready to have put in the little extras that the LT does not come with the wires are there for it but there's a plate over it now some don't have the wires behind it but Chevy should know this so you don't have to take your truck apart just to find out if it's capable to do those things. I used to work for Volkswagen they made us know every single bit of the vehicle including the extras and add-ons and things that you can do even after purchasing the vehicle. I guess everybody doesn't know everything but you should know the vehicles that you're servicing

I had a great purchasing experience at Classic Auto Group Galveston. Mino, my sales rep and his team were great. I'm glad I got one of the last Bolt EUVs to be built. If I ever need another Chevy, this will be my place. Deal was more than fair, they kept their word on everything they said and had me in and out in no time. They even offered me cake from one of their employee birthdays. Great place, Great Team.

The experience I received at the dealership was very friendly. Everyone was so helpful no pressure when you pull up in the drive and get out of the car, everyone was professional. But the real reason I came was because of Arther Mitchell he is a valuable asset to your company. He was very kind, caring, and a genuine, true individual when it came to helping and answering questions. I cannot say enough how great of a person he is.

Chevrolet makes great EV cars but this dealer is gouging on their public charger. Their price is double what other stations charge. Stay away from this greedy business.

Work not completed after leaving it there for 5 hours and being told 2 hours. Customer service reps look like customers bother them when approached by a customer. These customer service reps need customer service training. I don't recommend you bring you car here for service unless you don't want great customer service from a establishment that charges more than all other places for a simple oil change. You think with these high prices, customer service would be the best. Oh, by the way, they charge a 3% fee if using a card. Never again for me and this is my second bad experience with customer service reps here

Service staff is disinterested, wouldn't even look up from his phone. Aaron barely even knew how to complete an intake. Very disappointed. A simple key fob programming turned into a technical failure. I had to raise my voice in order to get my vehicle and my new key fob so I could go to Houston where people know their jobs. Repeated calls to management, got no call back.

Mina was amazing! From reserving the vehicle to thoroughly explaining the details of purchase.. I am amazed at how personable he was. I am extremely happy with the customer service I received & am thrilled with my new 2024 Buick Encore GX Avenir!! Jeff Pennington went above & beyond to assure I got the exact car that I wanted!! (Which was not easy considering the inventory was not really even available yet!!) I feel confident knowing that I will continue to receive great customer service for as long as I own my car! Royce, my salesman called me to let me know that I was coming due for a service. He got my appointment set up for me over the phone very quickly.I showed up about an hour early for my appointment because I was in the area. David accommodated me and fit me in before my time slot. The technician that dealt with my truck was clean and left no evidence that he had been there with the exception of the work being done. Overall the experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Royce, Classic Chevrolet and David for being diligent and professional.
