If I could give more than five stars I would. Jesse and his crew are top notch, today was the second time I have used them and would recommend them to anyone. I was in a tight spot with a large piece that needed to go up a lot of stairs. There were issues with the height and size and these guys solved all issues, with a smile on their faces. Pricing was more than fair. Thank you again sincerely

Don't bother! They don't answer and respond to texts AFTER you've already moved! It took me an entire weekend to get a response via text "we're all booked that day." Not a call or option for another day or maybe referral to another company.

We used their services today for our move. It was the first time ever using movers. They did an AMAZING job! They worked quickly and communicated through the whole process. I moved from a second floor to a 3 level townhome and they did not complain about all th stairs. The workers told us it was no big deal and they would get it done and they did! Definitely gonna use them again for any future moves

We used this company twice in the last 6 months. They are prompt, reliable and trustworthy. I felt comfortable having these men in my house. They were attentive and anything I asked, they had no issue doing. It made our moves so much easier. We had James, Jay and Landon. This time around I used them 2 days in a row. They packed my storage exactly how I wanted it. The next day we had them move stuff to the house. It was quick and easy. There was an item broken the first move, BUT they replaced it without any issue. I would recommend them 10/10! We will be using them again the for next move. Hopefully it will be a couple years before I need them again, but if not, I know who I am calling.

Hired them for a recent move across the island. First time hiring movers and it was a great experience. They showed up on time, worked quickly and took care with moving everything. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I needed movers. Reasonable rates.

I've used this company many times and have been happy with them, but during this last move we had some items damaged. I expect that to a certain extent but we had an expensive piece of furniture damaged in the move. I've called and emailed repeatedly and have had no resolution. I did manage to get the lead guy on the phone once and was told they weren't responsible for damage during transit, but that I would be receiving a call about the issue. No call came and tried several times after to get more clarification. Not responsible for damage during the move is not an acceptable answer, it's not as if I packed the truck. I'm sure they carry insurance for this. Needless to say I will not be using this company again. If you don't continue service after the sale I don't trust your company.

I have used east goest it numerous times in the past with excellent service. This time it has taken me two weeks of going back and forth to just try and get an appointment. Also now they will not answer the phone and just text you only. Sad to see what I thought was a decent moving company on the island turn into another disappointment.

We had a simple request for assistance to move a heavy piece of furniture from our garage to our living area in a beach house. All we needed were two men w/proper supplies & equipment - they could easily come out in a small pickup or car. My husband had initial conversation and text communications on Tuesday, establishing the price and requesting the service to be scheduled any time on Thursday. Then we experienced crickets... No follow-up. No response to text asking if they were or weren't coming. Guess we'll go back to Clear Lake Movers who we have had excellent service from over the years -- will likely cost us more since they are not local to the island. Shame. Based on other recent comments, evidently their experiencing some type of issue -- that happens -- but communication with existing / new customers is vital... to do otherwise is poison to a biz.

Had a great experience moving with this service. The guys were extremely respectful and friendly. They showed up early and moved everything with care. There was not a single time where I was left waiting for them or wondering what was going on.The only small thing that was a little concerning was trying to figure out whether we were scheduled or not. But, they were quick to get back to me before the day of the scheduled move.The price was also excellent compared to other quotes I got, as this was about half the price even with the current fuel rates.Overall, I would highly recommend this service to anybody. I will likely be using this if I need to get another moving service.

These guys did a great job for us for a move from one home to another on Galveston's West End. They worked very hard, no breaks, and they were very careful with our items.
