I've worked with Joe and Melissa Matyiko for several years now, and you won't find a better company for your project, They are a very professional outfit. Joe is very experienced in all phases of house lifting and leveling. I don't know the woman who posted the review below, but I know who she is, and I can tell you first hand, what she said never happened, Joe would never do something like that, I've worked beside him many times, along with his men, and I can say for a fact. she is lying. If you are looking for someone to lift, level, or move your home, Joe is your man!

After 8 years of monitoring our beach home in Galveston, my wife and I had enough negative projections of our homes ultimate demise. So we called, Joe Jr. Matyiko and asked him to give us a foundation evaluation and bid.He showed up the very next day with a gigantic thumble of Titos and stumbled through the process. Although his bid exceeded his competitors by more than triple we were obviously duped by a functioning alcoholic that failed to both follow through on the repairs and left us hanging in suspense for over a year with false promises. We have contacted the attorney General to strike them from ever doing work in Texas again.

Expert House Movers Joe Matiko misrepresented the contract we hand with him to raise a 24X24 foot garage. We do not recommended using him. Do your research.

Great customer service! Joe was extremely responsive and able to add our Sea Isle home foundation review to his schedule the next day. I was referred to them by another foundation company and he has proven to be the expert in the area! Would recommend.

Joe and his crew leveled my very slanted Pirates Beach home. He was no nonsense and gave me a good price and he and his crew were experts. Professional skilled and knowledgeable. Joe even corrected the engineering plan that I paid another company for and showed them and me how to do it right. I highly recommend EHM for any of your leveling and home moves.

I needed some foundation work and called several people for some quotes. However, after meeting Joe and talking with him, It was very clear he was very different from the rest of the companies I had spoken with. He laid out a plan and explained in detail what his process was all about. He takes an approach that is about the wellbeing of the whole structure and not just focused on fixing the "only visible" problems. He does not put a band aid over the problem. He and his crew are excellent and solution oriented. They did an outstanding job in leveling and repairing any and all issues that came up and my house stands safe and secure because of it! I highly recommend using him for any of your foundation issues , you will not regret this decision. I will not hesitate to call him for any future projects I have!! Thank you all for a fantastic job!

Joe and his crew lifted up two floors of our pre 1900 building on the Strand due to termite beam replacement and did an incredible job. Extremely professional and reliable and had all of the proper equipment to do the job to our liking. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I were under contract on a home in Tiki Island, and during inspections we were notified of issues with the foundation beams running horizontally underneath. We were in a time crunch to receive a bid on repairs as part of our decision process as to whether to move forward and after explaining this to Joe, he came out the next day and gave us a very competitive bid for the repairs (we had other bids as well). We ended up closing on our home and the following week, Joe's construction crew began work. Joe and his son, Jake, were fantastic to work with on all levels: we found additional work that needed to be done on another beam, and they made sure that was handled as well, and went the extra mile in making sure that we were happy with all of our decking, Sheetrock and siding that had to be put back together after the beam repairs. If you need a reputable, local company for these types of repairs, look no further! They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, for a fair price!

Joe saved us from a potential disaster of a buy on a home in Galveston! We can't thank him enough for coming out on a Sunday just to give us his opinion on whether or not this particular home was sound. Great guy! Great family!

Joe came and lifted my house up 10'. The whole time he was up front on what he would do and when he would do it. Had the most reasonable quote from around town. Hell, I liked him so much his sign is still in my yard, and it's a year later!
