Had a delivery that was boxed as fragile and was tossed across my 6ft fence onto the lawn. The package was a Edible Arrangement that was not brought to the porch and sat on the lawn for more than 30 minutes in the heat. FedEx denied my claim. Letter stated FedEx do not accept liability for the items. Liability Not Assumed according to section of the FedEx Service guide. The melted chocolate covered fruit would not have been in disarray if delivered to the door.
