“Margie was a doll! I absolutely loved talking with her on the phone and in person. There was a little debacle while placing my order over the phone. She put that it was being delivered instead of me picking it up. She added and extra flower or two for that. When i went to pick up the flowers she was the only person there. Got my flowers and noticed they werent quite what i had ordered. She brought me to the back and fixed right then and there. Only took her 2 minutes! And i was very happy one that she caught it and two that she was able to fix it right on the spot. She was amazing! The flowers were amazing!! Will use again!”
“Ordered flowers and had the option of next day delivery. Next day around 1pm flowers were still not delivered. Went online and saw they closed at 12pm. Slightly frustrated I decided I’d call the following day to figure out why they weren’t delivered as advertised. Around 4pm the same day I got a call from the shop apologizing that they couldn’t deliver that day, and that my order had just then came through. Though I was still frustrated I didn’t get next day delivery. I did appreciate them calling me before I could call them, and owning up to their mistake. The flowers were delivered the following day and they looked amazing. Only thing stopping me from 5 stars is the flowers not being delivered on schedule. But I’m happy to give 4 stars as they tried their best to own their mistake and deliver the following day.”
“So I visited Galveston with my family this summer and of course we needed last min items. Of course we were lost but one of their store pick up shoppers was beyond helpful!!! Her name is Kendra she basically knew the store like the back of her hand. And took the time to help us find coolers sunscreen to snacks and more also she knew the deals for that week!!! All I can say is Amazing!!! And thank you Kendra!!!!”
