“Thank you so much for the most beautiful flower arrangement my husband ordered on Valentine’s Day. A week later and some are still looking good. I must apologize to your delivery driver. He called to verify my address but I was not expecting a flower delivery. I was waiting on a delivery from Wayfair so I assumed I was taking to the Wayfair delivery person. An hour passed and my Wayfair order had not arrived so I called the number back on my phone and complained about my delivery. Your driver came back at the same time my Wayfair order arrived. So sorry for the confusion”
“They are SO amazing! The staff was so helpful and nice. My daughter and I went in last minute for a corsage so prom and they we able to get it made for us within hours on a Saturday and the price was under $30 which blew my mind. Amanda was the staff member who made the corsage and she went above and beyond and I didn’t get the young ladies name that helped us with the order but she was such a sweetheart. It meant the world to us bc my daughters senior year was messed up due to the Deer Park Energy Transfer Pipeline explosion so we have tried to make the event special for her and I had forgotten to get a corsage and ran around Galveston trying to find one. Thank you again it really is the small things!!”
“So I visited Galveston with my family this summer and of course we needed last min items. Of course we were lost but one of their store pick up shoppers was beyond helpful!!! Her name is Kendra she basically knew the store like the back of her hand. And took the time to help us find coolers sunscreen to snacks and more also she knew the deals for that week!!! All I can say is Amazing!!! And thank you Kendra!!!!”
