Galveston Pilates

Hours: We are an appointment-only boutique-style classical Pilates studio, offering private sessions as well as small group classes for locals. We also offer duets and trios for those locals wanting Pilates with a friend or two! We are fully classical, with an emphasis on even work on all apparatuses, including mat, reformer, tower, chair, ladder barrel, and more! You won't find a big studio crammed to the gills with reformers and packed classes where you don't get personal attention. We believe it is important that every student is knowledgeable on all aspects of Pilates, as was intended by Joseph Pilates, so we keep capacity limited to 3 students, and we don't cater to the "reformer only" crowd. We occasionally offer specialized Workshops!
