Most of the machines were out of order. The attendant was so stuck up if it rained she'd drown like a chicken. Definitely not going back there

Since my house burned down I’ve been forced to do my laundry at a laundromat. I went to every single one in Galveston until I came here. I only wish I had started here!! By far, the cleanest place on the island to do laundry. Staff is very nice & helpful too!!

According to their hours published at the entrance, on Sundays they open at 7 but it is already 7:30 and it is still closed

Great spot. Usually friendly staff. Only problem is sometimes a lack of machines that are working, and the night time people will rush you even if it's only 745. Last wash is at 8 and they close at 9 so why am I being pestered if I'm folding my last few items that are fully dry at 830pm?? That's only a few of the staff that act that way. Really miss Abraham working the night shift here.

I’ve been a consistent visitor to this laundromat for over 18 months, and until today have been mostly happy with my experience. It seems that there has been a change in employment recently that has led to more broken machines and unfriendly employees. After my experience today, I will not be returning.
Not only did one of the machines take $10 and then not wash my clothes, but another customer stole my laundry while I was getting more quarters from the change machine (in the laundromat). When I asked the manager to see if the theft was caught on camera (they were already looking to verify that the other machine had taken my money) I was told that it “wasn’t their problem because I should have been watching my things.” I was literally getting change to turn on the dryers, my back was turned for less than five minutes. I’m now out over $100 in lost laundry and $10 out on broken machinery.

Who likes doing laundry? Probably no one! Haha! But, we all have to do it so it might as well be convenient, cost effective and cool. And this place checks all those boxes. I’ve taken several items there and have had zero issues with the machines. Give them a try!

Laundry mat is ok machines work good. Only problem is all the damn bums. Literally covered with homeless people.

It's a little on the pricey side. Unlike how there is an attendant available to assist people with what they need and there is also a bathroom. If it weren't for the $7 a load for commercial loads and the snail like drying speed of their dryers I would have rated it 5 stars. Also, there are a lot of bulbs hanging around asking for money. Overall, it's clean and well managed. I would recommend this establishment, beware of the panhandlers though.

This place is garbage. They ban my girlfriend here at this laundry mat. Because of a he said she said. When if ANYBODY wanted to find out the truth all they had to do would be to pull up cash app on his or her phone and check the transactions. I guess this laundry mat just hired another meth head and she is lying on people. Customer service is wack to. We come here about twice a week to wash clothes and play on the machines. Which are illegal. They do pay out. I'll try to very best to let everybody no how un satisfied I am as a customer. Also they hire nothing but junkies. Drug addicts. Drug deals do take place inside this laundry mat.

Yesterday evening I was doing my laundry and the short lady who works there asked this guy if he had any white meaning coke I felt very uncomfortable being there who knows what else happens here employees on drugs
