JT is a very customer service understanding individual&was training someone when i was there&listened to me complain about missing out on the steelbox&she turned my frown upside down&Gamestop should give her a ginormous raise&I'm not talking like target 2% i mean like@least $5 more/hr(cuz of inflation) she is worth it&a gem ? among mortals.

Every time I come here they have one person working and usually they take about 15-20 mins for each person so don’t be in a hurry, usually have nothing in stock so probably better call first

A Lady Employee asked me if I wanted to join a membership, and I respectfully declined, and she gave me a very mean look as if I was harrassing her. Will not shop here. I wanted to give real life gameshops a try again over buying digital, but she reminded me why digital is better, I won't have to put up with mean employees, and she clearly doesn't understand that being nice, and respectfuly is a very good sales tactic, and the funny thing is....aren't you all about sales. Stupid lady.

Not very happy with this game stop first online had it opening at 11 and it didnt open till 12 then they took a while to open it then they didnt have the special system that we were told they had not very good when your on vacation and wasting gas and time doesnt make it a happy time for us

GameStop is a necessary stop for those who enjoy gaming or collecting and trading cards (Pokemon). On-site staff were exceptionally helpful and made the experience all the more enjoyable.
