Worst Home Depot I have been too. Dealt with an extremely rude employee today and everything is always out of stock. I will drive 30 minutes if I have to just to avoid this store.

Tameeka and Robert in Plumbing are amazing. Extremely helpful and patient. I had a leaky drip pan under my HVAC unit in the attic and they were able to get me the parts I needed to fix it. (There was not a kit available).

It always seems that there aren't any employee's around to provide assistance! You have to go on a scavenger hunt to get some help! And to check out, you have to walk way down to the other end of the store. Thankful for self checkouts because I'm faster doing it than the people that work there!

Consumer alert! Don’t purchase a Maytag washer from The Home Depot Galveston like I did on March 1, 2022 because as of last week Thursday 5/19/22 the certified factory service technician with ASI Appliance found a faulty Control Board needs replacement. But their Maytag distributor doesn’t have these parts available and cannot give a firm delivery date due to a breakdown in the supply chain. Can you believe that Home Depot’s credit card services said it’s beyond the return period but I could just buy another washer in the meantime? Absolutely NOT! ?

It was a pretty classic Home Depot but there weren't many people out there to help us but I guess that's what you get for coming in five minutes the closing time it was pretty winding down but I think that they could've done a little bit better job organizing their trees and house plants.

Bought a washer and dryer from the Galveston Home Depot. The delivery was scheduled for today but evidently our address was wrong with the driver. So instead of calling me and asking they just went on to the next delivery. When I called Home Depot to inquire the person on the phone who seemed very distracted by whoever was near her told me the drivers are not allowed to call and ask. Yet this driver had my phone number texted me when he was on his way. Why couldn't he text me and say he couldn't find my address. I work at night and stayed up for this mess. Poor business practices!!!!! Order canceled!!!!!

They don’t care about their customers ! The delivered custom cabinet when asked to hold them. The said it was a business decision. Now the cabinet are damaged and ruin and will need to be reordered. They left them at a construction site underneath a carport. They missed their appointment and didn’t call ahead to advise. They felt it was best to leave them unprotected in front of a construction site. They don’t care about the grief their decision impose! They only care about themselves. Shop local

I drove about an hour away to find something specific that this Home Depot had. I have never been to a Home Depot with so many helpful staff members. The stores in my areas barely have any employees and you have to chase them down to get help. There were multiple people here that were very friendly and helpful. A staff member named Will helped me load my item into my truck and even tied it down for me so the box would be secured. Definitely had a great experience here and they had many great staff members!

Was in the paint dept - 3 employees acting like they were at a social party completely ignoring customers. After patiently waiting I finally repeatedly asked for assistance i got the look from hell. Time to start shopping Lowes.

They are about the rudest staff that I habs ever encountered who the hell tells their customers to be quiet when they're trying to fix an order. Just because you're fat and ugly and your husband doesn't love you doesn't mean you get to treat people like s****
