I contacted them for a quote for farm insurance. Initially, the agent was excited to work with me. After two days, I got an e-mail asking for more information. I e-mailed back then heard nothing so I called them back. During the phone call, the information was vague, the energy was low, and I got the feeling they were no longer interested in my business, without ever having been given a good explanation about what was going on. Based on this experience with them, I would not recommend this company.

I moved from Illinois to Texas almost 10 years ago and choose them as my Car insurance Company.I have been extremely happy for the past 10 years with their service, as well as my insurance rates. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend them. They make everything so easy and convenient. I love the fact of having the option to pay my premium on line.

I recently went into Henry Freudenburg to renew my flood insurance which has gone up to about $3,000. I told the agent Irene to charge my debit card $2550 and I would pay the rest with a credit card but she put all of it on my debit removing an extra $497 from my checking account and was unable to fix it, but she assured me that it would be fixed the next day. It was not. I'm still waiting and there is still almost $500 missing from my checking account. When my flood, homeowners and windstorm are up from renewal I will be going to a more competent agency and I suggest so should you.

If getting personal attention, saving money, and being able to sit down with a knowledgeable agent appeals to you, do like I did set up an appointment! I saved several thousand dollars AND even increased my insurance coverage on one of my biggest policies! Glad I FINALLY took the time to get an agent who would shop around for me AND save me big bucks! I definitely was treated like family!

I just called for a simple quote, and wow, Melissa was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! She told me about all kinds of issues regarding flood and windstorm coverage in great detail that one wouldn't possibly be aware of if they hadn't done some serious research. The insurance coverage variables for island homes are quite complex, but I feel so much more confident now that I have someone to help me navigate this process. Thank you Melissa!

One is being generous... I called for a Quote..Although it was close to closing time the attendant was very nice and explained that it would take longer than the time that she had to do the quote before she was closing... so therefore she wasn’t gonna be able to do it to...take my name and number she will call me back on Monday...Wow...very unprofessional..
