When I ask for help some of the workers are lost and show me the wrong stuff that I'm not looking for it's funny because that person don't belong there.

Ordered a door to be installed in March. Per staff in Galveston, Home Depot had a nationwide payment processing issue, so my payment was not processed. My order sat in a queue for weeks with no action. My door finally came in on May 28th, but they still have not scheduled installation, even though I call daily for an update. Leadership is not effective resolving my issue.

We were having a though time getting what we needed for a project. Tameeka was a rockstar. She helped us order what we needed and saved us a ton of time.

Horrible customer service and 0 compassion for the customers. Most of the time employees just wander around looking confused on what to do. I called to speak to a manager and got asked a dozen questions before they would even ask if they could transfer the phone. When I did finally get to speak to a manager, he was no help and didn't care or even pretend to care about the situation. Neither gave their names so I can't even give formal complaints. Really wish there was a Lowe's here.

The customer service at the Galveston Home Depot is terrible! I asked Trya for help to load a portable AC unit and instead of helping me she called for help. After waiting for 10 minutes no one came and I had to chase someone down! When I went to pay for the unit, Tyra was leaning against the check out stand on the phone! Lazy - lazy - lazy!!!! Had to load the unit into my car be myself. No customer service!

This location has gone downhill fast. Dozens of employees wandering around and yet everyone passes the buck and is completely disinterested in helping. We needed keys made and apparently not one employee was capable of helping or operating the machine. Customer service very rudely told us that the key cutter is no longer used and pointed at one of those do- it- yourself kiosks. When we went to put the keys we had selected back we were treated as though we were stealing and told not to touch them (even though we were clearly putting them BACK on the display) and if we needed help we should have gone to customer service (even though we had waited by the machine for quite awhile with employees passing us right by). Definitely won't go back to this location.
