“Talk about turning lemons into lemonade. My delivery from this store came on time, but to where… who knows?♀️ I was in a bend. Here at my winter getaway without a car and I leave tomorrow morning. I needed some plumbing repair parts. I called the customer service line, they called the store said I’d get a call back. I didn’t receive a call. So I called the store and explained my situation to an associate who explained to Jeremy, the assistant manager. Jeremy brought the parts to me on his way home! He hand delivered the parts himself. Talk about going above and beyond. When a situation has gone south and someone goes above and beyond it really shows how much they care about their customers and their job. Thank you!!!!”
