Rosalie went above and beyond for me! The entire complex was facing a power outage, and I was going to have to reschedule my appointment. she knew I was worried about having to pay, so she got her phone out and found a tax app and ran my numbers just to put me at ease! She did my taxes last year, and remembered me this year. I was just very very pleased with her service!

Great job doing my taxes. They were friendly and efficient. Dodi was my agent for the 3rd year in a row. I wasn't able to upload my documents so Dodi just used them when I got there. I also gave a friend a $25 coupon, that was sent to me to share with a new customer, which he used (and was very pleased) but I was not able to get my referral discount. It didn't really explain how the referral was done with the coupons.

Avoid Doodie Baers, this lady is offensive and despicable person. I could just as easily say the nastiest hurtful thing imaginable but I’m not broken inside. H&R Block I will happily take my business elsewhere God Bless

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I came in to this office to get a replacement card and couldn’t believe how incredible rude DODIE BARES was. Apparently they had a male person training today and during the training she proceeded to make sexist comments to the individual and mocking the fact that he is a boy and insinuating he wasn’t as smart. If you want to know how I know it’s because SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT IT THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS THERE. Making fun of him walking out because of her disgusting behavior. I would never recommend this location or that woman. I am calling coorperate now. Nobody deserves to be treated that way.
