We were stranded in Galveston on the weekend and they fixed us up and got us on the road in no time. Very affordable, upfront, friendly and tremendously helpful! We were back on the road to our family and very grateful for these guys! Highly recommend!

I experience very poor service from this company. I paid them $1,825 on my credit card. After they did my front and back front wheel alignment, my rear brakes, and my rear shocks. It is so sad the owner lied to me and told me that he took my vehicle for a ride to make sure everything was okay. I then took a ride in my vehicle and brought the vehicle back to him because something was knocking in my rear and come to find out they put my shocks on but my shocks was not bolted. And to add they had to go in the backseat of my car to fix shocks and they left my bolts to bolt back my back seat on the rear passenger side, and I found the bolts sitting in my trunk of the car. My entire back seat is loose and not bolted that someone got in my car and could have injured themselves because the seat was not bolted back. I have called them and I am tired bringing my car back with things that's not done by this company. I am so afraid that if I go back they're going to screw up some more stuff. I work for UTMB in Galveston I'm friendly with every race and culture and people know I am not telling one word of a lie if I say what I say. But at this time I am so angry because when I work hard for my money just like anybody else I shouldn't have to go back and forth to someone that should have done my vehicle the right way the first time. I'm having to keep bring my vehicle back and I'm angry that they're going to keep messing it up. Mr. Juan you are a poor excuse of a business owner. I am a Christian and I treat people the way God wants me to treat them. I am fed up. Just remember the same tree that Jesus cursed in the Bible that was not bearing good fruit you know what happened to that tree. For anyone reading this post I'm upset and I'm human and having $1,825 being charged on your credit card for a job that's incomplete it's no it's not good. And I'm not apologizing for being angry. Also I'm only giving one star because if I don't it would not let me submit this post but it is a zero star.

This past weekend, I returned from a cruise to find my truck's battery dead at the port. After attempting a jumpstart in the parking lot, I discovered the vehicle also had overheating issues and couldn’t be driven. After spending hours trying to find a solution, I came across JSV Shop. Although I was hesitant due to some negative reviews, I decided to give them a chance.
Juan, the owner, kindly agreed to help, even though the shop was just five minutes from closing. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue, and I was back on the road within 40 minutes, able to drive home to Dallas without further problems. I 100% recommend JSV Shop and truly appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and prompt service.
