Terrible place. Never take ur car here all they do is mess with their clients, scam and make bigger issues then it is. Worst places to take your cars along with all the Ventura or Jr’s tire shop on the Galveston island. They also were doing illegal activities when I pulled into the shop. Terrible place never again

I do not recommend this place, my husband took the truck, they said it was one thing, the parts they said were changed and the truck is still the same... apart from at the beginning, a lot of kindness and all the availability, and when you arrive to pick up the vehicle, they want you to Pay before checking to see if the problem has been resolved and there is no longer much kindness. It's a shame I can't rate this place at zero.

Henry and the team at JSV are amazing!
The customer service is great. The team gave us a quote, explained the situation in a respectful manner, and kept us updated on the progress. We were told an estimated date of completion, and kept updated throughout. My family highly recommends JSV.

Henry was one of the most professional people I have had the pleasure of working with. He was very easy to work with and kept me updated throughout the entire process of my car being at the shop. After he had done a repair on my motor, I had the thermostat lock up which was not related what so ever but he helped me out far more than I could have expected. I recommend Henry and JSV performance to anyone and everyone!

Henry was very kind, understanding, and helpful. He offered us a ride when it was raining to our home while we waited for vehicle to be worked on. He called and informed us of our options and best route to go on fixing the vehicle.

posts vehicles for sale and do not list problems. they state ready to go. then when you show up suddenly they don't run or they don't have title etc.

I would not give this place even 1 star..but that's not an optionI went in to get my Rack and pinion replacedI spoke with Juan and he told me it would be $3k..I'm omg I can't afford that! So he called around and found a used one he said would be $1200. I said I can't afford that can I pay it out..he gave me a card for a small car maintenance loan that I could call soI went home and filled it outI was approved and went back up to sign the papers to get work started and the part orderedRaul wrote up the bill and it turns out I "misunderstood" Juan the part was $1200 but they had to pay for delivery/pick up of part cause it was in Houston. So it made the part go up to $2000 and my labor was $198 and with taxes of $165My total was $2363I was like NO WAY..I don't want to get it fixed with you now..Raul said "too late you already signed the papers"So I had to call the Maintenance loan place to halt payment...since all this happened in a 2 hr period the loan place sided with me and let me resend the loan!!!Do not go to this place they are underhanded in my opinion!And Juan told me they could do the work in 1 day but Raul said it would be 3-4 days so in my opinion Raul is a snake!!!

I was on vacation, my teenage driver hit a curb causing extensive damage to their vehicle. This repair shop fixed my car, price was reasonable and they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company.

This place is awesome!Like a dummy I tried to save money and order my own parts and do it myself.These guys cleaned up my mess and made my truck as amazing as it was when I purchased.I would definitely recommend this hard working crew to anyone!!They definitely got me out of a bind!!

WARNING,
Took my car there to fix an engine light issue and after driving it for 25miles the engine light came back on, they said sorry is a different issue and also charged me for the inspection and they didn’t do it. Worst
When how this was not good the OWNER Said “ONE LEAVES, TEN MORE WILL COME”
DONT GO THERE !!!!!
