Our kitchen is breathtaking almost ten years later. The quality of the cabinets is unbelievable given the price. We got top of the line: all plywood construction (no particleboard), solid wood dovetail drawers with full extension, soft close glides, decorative end panels, recessed toe kicks, and solid wood doors with five-piece drawer fronts. I needed extra deep countertops and they didn’t charge me a custom fee like the big box stores wanted to. The price at Nancy’s was about half of the cost quoted by Home Depot and Lowe’s, and I liked their countertop selections more.
We have an old house with some odd features, and they skillfully modified cabinets to make them custom fit to our kitchen. They hand made a range hood I showed them a photo of, and it came out even better than the inspiration one. They customized a sink base for the imported one I picked without realizing it was a weird size.
I am a picky person, and when I say that the work was impeccable I mean it. Their attention to detail surpassed any of our expectations even in areas hidden from view.
We had one issue with a pull-out trashcan and they came out and replaced parts right away. We really appreciated their after-sale customer service.
