My family went in for a hairstyling appointment recently at this location. The hairstylist was unable to do the requested hairstyle, or any hairstyle with a braid, and instead gave my family member a dry trim and a messy looking bun to the charge of about 130$. I would not recommend their services

I didn't have a working cell phone plan since I was visiting the US so I was driving from salon to salon to find someone last minute to do my hair for a wedding that day. I was so lucky that one of the stylists had a cancellation and was able to squeeze me in. Unfortunately I forgot her name, but she's Lulu's daughter; she was excellent. She had been doing hair her whole life and I could tell that she was very knowledgeable. She styled my hair perfectly and gave me tips on how to keep it healthy. They were also very well priced and customer service was excellent. 10/10 would recommend.

I am very disappointed with the service I received on April 27, 2024. My stylist , Mateo, did not style my hair as requested. I even had photos of it styled by my stylist at home since I was out of town . He did not meet my expectations at all! I have not gotten a response from the owner and never got a call back as I had requested from the owner. Poor management and definitely no regard for customer satisfaction. My name is Sara'

I did not get the service that I paid for. Previous visits were wonderful, this time I paid $250 plus $50 tip for a regular keratin treatment which costs $85 and takes 45-60 minutes. The ultimate treatment takes close to 2 hours and costs $250. I think it was a simple error, which would have been fine. We're all human. I should have been charged $85 and $80 for the cut. That's $165, not $250. Instead of owning the mistake, they doubled down that it was the longer treatment. It wasn't. I have $150 left on my gift certificate and am unenthusiastic about using it. I don't believe they set out to rob me, but they denied an error which amounted to the same thing. I don't leave negative reviews as a rule - everyone has off days - but I waited over a week and it is still disturbing me. Sorry, Lulu, but you lost a customer.

Thank you Lulus for helping to make our day so special! Our entire wedding party looked fabulous from the hair to the make up. We can’t thank you enough! I was even told I looked like a princess and I’m not even the bride I’m her mom. Big thanks to Lee who did my make up and Cathy who did my hair! Can’t thank you enough for all the magic!!

If I could do more than 5 stars I would. There is not enough good things to say about the service at this place. I came here for my makeup and hair for my wedding and everything was perfect. The service the performance was just absolutely flawless. I definitely recommend this company for all your needs. They will deliver thank you so much!

I can't wait to see Lee again! On a whim, I traveled to Galveston from DFW for a long weekend. Based on Yelp reviews, I booked a mani / pedi. Lee was so gracious! This is what a spa visit should be! I felt pampered like a princess. And since it was my first trip to Galveston, Lee provided an intriguing history as a bonus.

Booked a massage while in town on vacation. The salon is very nice and friendly staff from the moment you walk in. Massage was fantastic and exactly what I needed. Only a couple of blocks off Seawall Blvd.
